1. Provider
Individual Entrepreneur Elizaveta Ragimova, Georgia, ID code 345863577, registered address: Georgia, Batumi City, Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, N 7D, Hotel N2643 (the Provider).
2. Subject
The Provider runs online training sessions in stretching, joint mobility and strength and makes exercise plans. These services are sport and physical activity, not medical services. The Provider does not diagnose, prescribe or cancel treatment.
3. Client health and responsibility
By paying, the client confirms that they have no health reasons to avoid exercise, or that their doctor allows them to train. Before training, the client tells the Provider about injuries, health conditions and exercise limits, and stops an exercise if they feel pain or discomfort. The program after childbirth starts not earlier than 6–8 weeks after a natural birth or 8–10 weeks after a C-section, and only with a doctor's clearance.
4. Payment
Prices are in euros on the Prices page. Payment is online in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT and others) through a crypto payment service on the checkout page. By paying, the client accepts these terms. The session time is agreed after payment in Telegram or WhatsApp, and the video app (Google Meet, Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp) is chosen together with the client.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling is free if the client tells the Provider at least 12 hours before the session. If the client reschedules later or does not come, the session counts as done. Paid sessions are not refunded: if the client cancels, the session can only be rescheduled as described in this section.
6. Packages and programs
A one-month package or a program is valid for 4 months from the payment date. Missed or unused sessions are not refunded, also if the client stops before the end of the program. If the client needs a break, the package or program can be paused for up to 3 months, and the validity period becomes longer by the length of the pause.
